MFPL plant is spread over 20 acres of land with a built up area of over 200,000 square feet.
MFPL uses an efficient and sustainable process to produce the moulded fibre trays. Our production process is efficient and modern. The plant is run on a fully automatic DCS control system.
The process of manufacturing involves a making of pulp using recycled paper, mixing it with water, chemicals and removing all the waste. The clean pulp reaches the moulded machines where it is moulded into different shapes. During the moulding process the excess water is removed from the trays and the water is reused. After the moulding process is over the trays move directly into a 180 feet long dryer where they are dried at a high temperature in a duration of 3-4 minutes. The finished trays are then bundled for shipping to the customer.
